John Deere Transmission

The e23™ PowerShift Transmission option with Efficiency Manager™ pairs the benefits of a mechanical transmission with the ease of an Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT™). The transmission has 23 forward gears evenly spaced 15% apart to provide a wide speed range to complement different operating conditions and implements. The spacing also provides smooth shift quality which helps improve ride quality and helps maintain maximum ground speed at reduced engine rpms to save fuel. The e23 also provides 11 reverse selections with a 30% speed change between gears. The e23 is available on models 7R 210 through 7R 330.
